ANKER BERGLIE SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE OPENING ITS DOORS IN 2021 IN EUROPE.
1.      Objectives
a) The organization’s main objectives are:
1.1 Fund-raising initiatives in order to establish, develop, support and implement the organization’s main and secondary objectives.
1.2 Humanitarian interventions lead to counselling and assisting poor and needy students in distress, or abused students, including development and educational training awareness programs, general socio economic surveys, networking them into their community action and liaison activities.
1.3 Health Care
Students that are HIV/Aids infected or with chronic diseases, get social and health support by our indoor health professionals and counselling clinic.
1.4 Education and Development work include:
1.      The operation of a Further Education and Training Institution as defined in the Further Education and Training Act, 1998 (Act. No. 98 of 1998)
2.      Training and creating job opportunities and employment with this organization, its partner organizations and via its projects.   
3.      Development of personal expertise and skills to acceptable national and international standards.
4.      The foundation also grants funds for scholarships and bursaries for POOR students for studies at tertiary institutions and other institutions.
5.      Education in life skills
6.      Promote increased opportunities for economic development and growth.
7.      Support to the Government in development of national sustainability programmes.
8.      Provision of community based services to poor and needy communities such as reducing health risks through education and development, preventing HIV infection through preventative awareness and education programmes, victim assistance, hygiene awareness, water and sanitation resources, emergency medical first aid, and recreational activities within the areas of its operations.
2.5 Community Development through the provision of guidance and support to national, provincial and metro authorities, in the establishment and development of their Non Profit Organizations and own associations to eliminate existing shortcomings or deficiencies by rendering support services in the following areas:
·               Community Training Programmes
·               Community Health Awareness Programmes
           b) The organization’s secondary objectives will be to:
                                           
    1. Establish Communication and Training Satellites all over the Africa continent as well as in Europe.
    2. Establish a credible effective leading and coordinating body in order to provide a focal point for the overall efforts, registered for quality management system standards, ISO rated.
    3. Establish a donor board and seek international donor commitment, promoting multi-year funding cycles.
    4. Establish, develop and audit credible national sustainable capacities to carry out the main objectives.
    5. Develop membership in South Africa/Africa/Global and propagate the principles and objectives of Training and Development in the region.
         
Promote greater commitment from the government of concern to assist the establishment and development of national sustainable capacity, strategies and legislation.
·      Utilize acceptable quality assurance systems and third party contractors.
·      Constant evaluation and re-evaluation of goals and objectives.
·      Building partnerships with donors, governments and humanitarian aid programmes.
·      Using local expertise and capacity.
·      Communicate project deliverables to donors and stakeholders.
